On 7 June 2026, Canggu Hills and BNI 46 (Bank Negara Indonesia) held a KPR signing ceremony at the Canggu Hills Marketing Gallery, formalising a strategic partnership for home financing.
The agreement was signed by Edy Pangestu, Director of PT Asia Mas Realty, and Acta Suryadinata, Area Head of the BNI 46 Bali and Nusa Tenggara Regional Office. Edy Pangestu said the partnership aims to make property financing easier for the public and for investors in Bali.
For buyers, it means a simpler financing process, a choice of instalment tenors and programmes from BNI 46. BNI 46 shared its confidence in the long-term potential of Bali’s property sector.
The ceremony brought together management from both companies, property agents, investors, contractors, and partner notaries and legal advisers. It closed with a ribbon-cutting and a discussion of future collaboration.
